On Saturday Jul 11, I saw a concert that I want to tout to all my readers. It was at the infamous home of the Knicks, Madison Square Garden.

First up Earth, Wind and Fire a group appreciated for decades. Still an outstanding horn section and playing all the classics that everyone knows and loves. We heard Shining Star, That’s the Way of the World and it ended with the song September.

Lionel Richie
The headliner was Lionel Richie. He is such a good showman. By providing words on the screen, it was like going to the best karaoke experience you could imagine. The crowd was encouraged to sing, and they were more than willing to oblige. There was dancing, swinging, a light vigil. It was as his song says, he is Truly.
